Amravati Sex Scandal Case: Shocking Revelations Emerge as Police Uncover How Accused Targeted Coaching Students

The Amravati Sex Scandal Case has shocked the entire state of Maharashtra after disturbing details surfaced from the investigation. The case, which originated in Paratwada of Amravati district, continues to reveal new and alarming facts each day as police dig deeper into the activities of the accused.

According to investigators, the main accused, Mohammad Ayaz alias Ayan Mohammad Tanveer, allegedly targeted young girls studying in coaching classes and manipulated them into meeting him privately. Police claim that he would lure the girls to a residential flat located near Kathora Naka, where he allegedly exploited them and secretly recorded obscene videos to later blackmail them.

How the Accused Trapped Coaching Students

Initial findings in the Amravati Sex Scandal Case suggest that the accused used coaching classes as a way to connect with students. Investigators believe that Ayan first approached girls through friendly conversations and gradually gained their trust.

After establishing contact, he allegedly persuaded them to visit a flat on the third floor of a residential building near Kathora Naka. Once there, the accused reportedly recorded inappropriate videos of the victims. Police say these recordings were later used to threaten or blackmail the girls.

Authorities also revealed that social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Snapchat were used to initiate conversations with the victims. Through these platforms, the accused allegedly built relationships with several minor girls before manipulating them into meeting him in person.

Friend Paid ₹500 for Providing the Flat

Another disturbing detail uncovered in the investigation is that the flat used in the crimes did not belong to the main accused. Police say Ayan allegedly paid a friend ₹500 every time he used the apartment to bring victims there.

Officials confirmed that another suspect linked to the flat has been detained for questioning. Investigators are examining whether this individual was aware of the crimes taking place inside the residence or if he simply allowed the space to be used without knowing the full details.

Questions Raised Over Coaching Centers

The Amravati Sex Scandal Case has also raised serious concerns about the role of coaching centers in the city. BJP Member of Parliament Dr. Anil Bonde has called for a thorough investigation into whether coaching institutes indirectly became a meeting point for the accused and the victims.

He has demanded that authorities review CCTV footage from major coaching centers across the city. Bonde also urged investigators to question coaching institute operators and check whether outsiders were freely entering these educational spaces without proper monitoring.

Cybercrime specialists and digital forensic experts are also part of the SIT, as investigators are focusing heavily on digital evidence, including mobile data, social media conversations, and recorded videos.

At present, the main accused Ayan remains in police custody. Along with him, several other individuals — including Ujer Khan, Iqbal Khan, Tarbez Khan, Taslim Khan, Mohammad Saad, and Mohammad Sadiq — have been arrested in connection with the Amravati Sex Scandal Case.
